At TryInvoiceMaker, privacy is our core design standard. Our generator processes your documents directly inside your web browser on your own device rather than on a remote database.

1. Your Invoice Data Stays on Your Device

When you type an invoice, calculate totals, upload your business logo, or download a PDF, every action runs directly inside your web browser.

We do not transmit, view, or store your customer names, physical addresses, hourly rates, payment terms, bank account numbers, or line-item descriptions on any server. If you disconnect from the internet, the generator continues to calculate and format your invoices without interruption.

2. Saving Drafts on Your Computer

To ensure you do not lose your work if your computer restarts or you accidentally refresh the page, the editor automatically saves your in-progress draft in your browser's local storage.

This draft never leaves your device. You can erase it at any time by clicking the “Clear & Reset Draft” button inside the editor or by clearing your browser history.

3. Zero Third-Party Advertising Trackers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking networks to monitor your browsing behavior.

Your billing information is never shared with data brokers, advertisers, or marketing agencies.

4. Standard Website Security & Hosting

When you visit our website, our hosting network automatically logs standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the timestamp of your visit.

These logs are used solely to keep the website reliable, prevent spam and abuse, and defend against cyberattacks. They are never connected to the invoice documents you create.

5. Payment Links & Non-Processor Status

If you add a payment link (such as a Stripe, PayPal, or Wise link) or bank wire instructions to your invoice, that information is provided solely for your client's reference.

TryInvoiceMaker is not a bank, escrow service, or payment processor. We never collect payment processing fees, hold customer funds, or touch financial transactions.

6. How to Delete Your Information

Because your documents are stored on your device rather than our servers, you have full control over your data:

• Click “Clear & Reset Draft” in the editor to start fresh immediately.
• Clear your browser cookies and site storage to wipe all saved presets from your device.
